The lottery offers exciting prizes for participants and commissions for ticket sellers. The 1st Prize gives ₹1,00,00,000 (₹1 crore) to the winner and ₹5,00,000 to the seller of the winning ticket. It is drawn based on 5 digits with a specific serial and series. There’s also a Consolation Prize of ₹1,000 for winners and ₹500 for sellers for other serials and series matching the 1st Prize number.

The 2nd Prize provides ₹10,000 to each winner and ₹500 to the respective seller. This prize is drawn based on 5 digits, with 10 different winning numbers selected. The 3rd Prize rewards ₹500 to winners and ₹50 to the seller for every winning ticket. It is drawn on the last 4 digits, with 10 winning numbers applicable to all serials and series.

The 4th Prize offers ₹250 to winners and ₹20 to sellers for every winning ticket. Similar to the 3rd prize, it is drawn on the last 4 digits with 10 winning numbers applicable across all serials and series. Finally, the 5th Prize awards ₹120 to each winner and ₹10 to sellers for every winning ticket. How to Claim Your Prize

If you win a prize, here’s how you can claim it:

For prizes up to Rs 10,000, you can collect your winning prize directly from the distributor, agent or seller. Make sure to bring your winning ticket and a valid Id of yours with you.

For prizes above Rs10,000, you need to submit your claims to the Directorate of Nagaland State Lotteries or the Nodal Office within 30 days. You must provide the original winning ticket (Note: tampered, mutilated or damaged tickets are not accepted) a government-issued ID, passport sized photographs and a filled claim form. The payment will be processed within 60 days after deductions of 30% of tax.

  1. The lottery schemes shall be organized and conducted in accordance with the Lotteries (Regulations) Act 1998, and the Lotteries (regulations) RULES, 2010 and Sikkim State Lottery (regulation) Rules 2023.
  2. The total lottery scheme will have a maximum of 20000000 lottery tickets in 80 to 99 serial numbers. Viz series A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L numbering from 00000 to 99999. MRP of the ticket is Rs6.

  1. The prize winner above ₹10,000/- in a single ticket or multiple tickets will be awarded prize money on submission of the original prize-winning ticket duly signed by the winner at the back of the ticket along with the full claim form and affidavit pan card, cancelled cheque leaf, identity and address proof of document and three attested photographs to the principal director, state lotteries, government of Sikkim, Gangtok or authorized representative in respective states within 30 days from the date of draw. Any claim thereafter shall not be entertained. All other prizes up to Rs 10,000/- maybe encashed from respective agents/sellers. Prize money above Rs 10,000/- is liable for tax deduction at source as per the Income Tax Act 1961. The details of the prize winner may be used to publish in print and digital media for promotion activities.
  2. If a winner wins prize money exceeding ₹10,000/- from multiple tickets, they must inform the agent/sellers while making their claim. Suppose the winner discloses such information to retailers or sellers. In that case, they must assist the winners in claiming the prize money in the prescribed format along with the original tickets directly from the directorate of Sikkim state lotteries, Gangtok or authorized representatives in respective states.
  3. The agent/ seller is authorized to disburse the prize money upto 10000₹ only, whether in a single ticket or aggregate. In no circumstances will the retailer/sellers disburse the money amounting to ₹10000 to a particular winner.
  4. Claim on a prize-winning ticket which is lodged, mutilated or tampered with shall not be entertained.
  5. One ticket can win the prize of one rank only, whichever is higher in terms of prize money. Tax shall be deducted as per the provisions laid in the Income Tax Act.
  6. In case of any dispute, the decision of the principal director, state lotteries, Sikkim, and Gangtok will be final and binding. All the legal jurisdiction of the lottery scheme will be in Gangtok, Sikkim only.
  7. Stockists/selling agents and sellers are advised to check the printing and numbering of the tickets before selling, and buyers should do the same before purchasing them. In case of any defect, including the numbering of the tickets, the same should be immediately exchanged with a fresh one in lieu thereof.
